President of AEPAC, Dr. Minatoishi is renowned for her work in historic architecture, preservation, and sustainable design. Holding a Doctorate of Engineering and two decades of professional experience, she integrates environmental responsibility with the preservation of historic structures. Her leadership has driven AEPAC’s growth in the CONUS and OCONUS Regions, expanding the companies capabilities from Historic Preservation and Architecture to a full-service Architecture-Engineering-Construction (AEC) Firm.

Managing Director
Angelica Terrazas is a highly skilled Managing Director with extensive experience across various industries, known for delivering exceptional results while adhering to budget and timelines. She excels in building strong relationships with stakeholders and teams, coordinating meetings, and providing clear project updates. Terrazas’ expertise in federal procurement and program management allows her to effectively tackle complex challenges and ensures compliance with government requirements.

Alan Downer is Archaeological Principal Investigator at AEPAC, bringing a unique perspective as the former head of the Hawaii State Historic Preservation Division.
