Established in 2003 in Honolulu, HI, we are a Woman-Owned Small Business dedicated to creating innovative solutions that create a sustainable built environment. AEPAC specializes in Historic Preservation and provides Civil, Environmental, Structural, Electrical, Surveying, Geotechnical, Landscaping and Traffic Engineering services. Our Engineering and Management team use industry-proven techniques such as lessons learned, risk assessment, process management, deliverable management and project management to improve the project execution and provide leadership with informed decision-making tools, and quality deliverables. The AEPAC Team developed metrics and custom reporting to meet the objectives of our clients. Quality Control starts on day one, understanding the scope, schedule and budget. Embracing innovative, unique and alternative methods AEPAC consistently exceeds expectations and drives project success.

AEPAC began with a passion for architectural innovation and engineering precision. From our roots in Honolulu, we have grown into a leading firm recognized for our exceptional projects and client-focused approach. In 2016, we proudly earned our Small Business SBA 8(a) certification, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and expanding our capabilities. Our growth continued in 2022 with the establishment of a new office in Guam, allowing us to better serve clients across the Pacific.
